As our art prints are custom made-to-order for each customer, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for simply change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure you measure your space prior to ordering, to ensure you are happy with your selection. Rugs & Other Accessories
We do offer change of mind returns on our rugs & other accessories should you find it does not suit your space. Please get in touch with us within 1 week of delivery to arrange return or exchange and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note, you will incur freight charges for the return.
Faulty or Damaged In Transit Items
If the item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of the delivery of the goods to email@example.com with a description and photos of the item, the packaging and the carton or tube to show damage and/or the issue, so we can discuss with you. Please do not dispose the box carton or tube, this is how we would get the goods sent back to us should there be any damage incurred in transit to you.
